appropriately move through or resolve negative or disruptive
emotion. They are guided meditations with a twist- you
are meant to be you own guide. Putting you

energetic antithesis to traumatic events. As such, they offer the
most efficient and effective way to work through them.

Guided Meditation

Taught in a guided meditation format, once learned (and they are
easy to learn) you are meant to be your own guide. Putting you in
charge of your emotional well-being. You can then use your
Tools anytime, almost anywhere and in response
to your emotions.

Visualization Is Power

Each Tool is an interactive and
creative visualization. The realm where you are both free and
already have the power to work on any emotional issue regardless of
external reality. Regardless of the who, what, where, when,
how or why.
Your Intent Is Power

The Sedona Tools are powered by
your intent. You set your intent at the beginning of each,
each and every time you work. Affirming that you are in charge of your emotional
well-being.
Work with the Present or the Past
¬
Disruptive
emotion in the moment is easy to feel and the Tools readily work
with this energy. But remember: any unresolved or
unreleased emotion from past trauma is still carried within creating and
attracting what it wishes. Even if you can't readily feel
it! The Tools also work with this energy.

respecting this other and very special part of yourself-
your heart, soul, spirit, emotional body, chakras- again
call it what you will. Honoring its power and
influence as an equal and vital with the intellect
whatever your goals- to feel better in daily life or to
become a master of it. |
